Prior to MBO, he was CEO of an international medical device manufacturer. He specializes in practical strategic development, marketing, and implementation for growth.
Pearce is a Chemical Engineer with an Executive MBA. In addition, he has completed advanced training in Sales and Marketing from the American Manufacturing Association and the Harvard Business School.
